Customer Complaints and Feedback

Any complaints, compliments or feedback can be directly addressed to ADL through verbal or written. Verbal complaint can be done through phone, mass media or directly to the staff while written complaint via complaint form, formal letter, electronic or by mass media. Complaint form is provided in this user manual.
