1. |
SYSMEX XE-5000 |
This instrument performs haematology analysis according to 4 different principles which are RF/DC detection method, Hydrodynamic focusing (DC detection), flowcytometry method (using semiconductor laser), and SLS-hemoglobin method.
2. |
SYSMEX KX-21 |
This instrument performs haematology analysis according to 2 different principles which are RDC detection method, and Non-cyanide hemoglobin analysis method.

STA COMPACT |
This instrument use methodology photometric measurements. A reference fiber comes directly from the optical module to the photometric measurement board, which is a means of eliminating incandescent light. The detection system for clotting time assays, on the STA compact, is based on the increase of viscosity of the plasma being tested. This increase of viscosity is measured by the motion of a stainless steel ball that is in the cuvette. When the movement slows down, the other two coils monitor that movement, and when the viscosity of the sample stops the ball from moving, you have a clotting time. |

HB VARIANT (HPLC) |
This instrument performs haemoglobin analysis using principle of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
